MS Research and Relief Fund is hoping to return to the fairways in 2020, when the club houses are reopening following the Covid 19 lockdown.
This year, we hope to be at Arcot Hall to raise vital funds to support our free-of-charge services for people with MS.
Below are some photos from previous MSRRF golf events at Arcot Hall and Linden Hall - more photos can also be found in our gallery.
The event is open to teams of four players and all the profits will support MS Research and Relief Fund's vital services in the North East and throughout the UK.
All events will be played over 18 holes to Stableford rules with a Shotgun start.
Due to the Covid 19 pandemic, it is likely that there will be changes to the previously advertised running of the golf day. When we have agreed these with Arcot Hall we will provide full details.
In June 2018, 20 teams took to the course at Arcot Hall for MS Research and Relief Fund's Fourth Annual Golf Day. We were spoilt - not only by gorgeous weather through the day - but also the generosity of the players, who helped us achieve a profit of £3,007, a charity record for this event!
The day was captured by Daniel Walker who put together the following video, featuring shots from the day and an interview with MSRRF Fundraising Manager Dan Nelson.
